Ooni’s Pizza Dough Boxes are specifically designed to proof pizza dough. Each box will hold up to six 250 gram (about 8 ½ ounces) dough balls (perfect for 12” pizzas). The lid will keep the balls from drying out as they proof. The boxes were designed with pizza makers in mind. They are white to minimize heat absorption and avoid over-proofing the dough. Smooth, tapered internal walls make the balls easy to remove. The molded handles are easy to grip for transport. The durable, food-grade plastic is easy to clean. And they nest inside each other for more convenient storage. They are also compatible with the Ooni Pizza Prep Lid (sold separately) which sits perfectly on the lidded boxes to provide workspace for prepping, stretching, topping, and cutting pizza.
