The smaller 5 inch Cleaver from Hammer Stahl has a wide, rigid blade featuring a hollow-ground edge. The beveled edge on the thick, well-balanced blade allows for ease of chopping through vegetables or other hard materials.

The flat blade is wide enough to help with cleanup and transporting chopped items to the pot.
