No more cutting down vegetables to fit into the chute. The Sous Chef has many features that make it exceptionally versatile. If you don't have a large task, the machine includes a mini processing bowl that's the perfect size for smaller quantities. The variable slicing disc has 24 settings to customize slices from a paper thin 0.3mm all the way to a thick 8.0mm. The extra large 16-cup bowl will process the toughest jobs with its 'S' blade and 1200 watt motor. Additional discs handle customized tasks.
