Scanpan’s Classic line is lightweight, easy to clean, and made from hand-cast recycled aluminum. These fry pans feature Scanpan’s famous patented STRATANIUM nonstick surface that allows little or no fat cooking and has superior cooking and frying properties. The base is designed to ensure even heat distribution. The skillets’ shape is traditional for omelets and frying. The low curved sides allow food to be easily turned and unlike traditional nonstick cookware, Scanpan can be used for browning, searing, and deglazing.
