Emile Henry’s high quality ceramic classic pie dish moves your baking from ordinary to extraordinary, insulating and evenly distributing heat as it bakes. The vintage French style ruffled edge on the dish simplifies cutting and removing a neat portion. Use it for baking pies, quiches, and pot pies. Oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe. Emile Henry ceramics withstand wide variations in temperature and may be taken directly from the freezer to the hot oven (500°F).
