Wusthof’s Classic 6” utility knife is perfect for many kitchen tasks, being small than a chef’s knife but larger than a paring knife. Use it for mincing shallots, onions, herbs and for cutting vegetables or small meats. The Classic series has been tried and tested for generations, their bread and butter.
