They feature a handle made of highly durable Polyoxymethylene, which has a tight molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration. The Classic 6 Flexible Boning Knife is perfect for removing bones from pork, beef, or chicken. Its long, narrow blade allows the knife to move cleanly along bones for clean cuts, and the flexible design makes it easy to maneuver around even the smallest of bones.
