The CTX line by Scanpan features their patented Stratanium nonstick surface with ultra durable brushed stainless steel construction and ergonomic stainless steel handles. The Stratanium nonstick system developed by Scanpan consists of 5 layers in which hard particles and wave-like layers interlock to reinforce the nonstick layer. This surface sears, braise. deglazes, and is dishwasher and metal utensil safe. There is rapid, even heat distribution for excellent results.
