With just a few twists, you can turn your favorite veggies into uniform, spaghetti-like strands. The open blade design allows you to place the flat end of your vegetable against the stainless steel blade, then push and twist clockwise for spiralizing. ( Start with a straight piece of produce, at least 1.5” in diameter.) At the end of a vegetable, the multi-pronged food holder protects your fingers, while also acting as a storage cap. It accommodates a variety of vegetables.
