The advanced P.A.G.2. (Professional Aroma Grinder 2) grinds the beans to perfection every time. Grinder settings are easily adjusted with the ergonomically shaped selector switch. This new grinder remains in rest mode between preparations: Rest mode is more gentle on the grinder, extending its lifetime as well as ensuring consistently delectable flavor. The 3D brewing unit, now in its eighth-generation gives ideal brewing conditions and maximum flavor, for wonderfully flavorful coffee for the lifetime of the machine.
The new large 3.5” display, flanked by six operating buttons, means that you easily navigate all the functions. Clear pictures and graphics guide you intuitively through the many available options. Adapt the settings for all specialties and their positions on the screen to your personal preferences. Product names may be displayed or hidden. The Cockpit clearly displays relevant information. The One-Touch milk system cleaning function delivers perfect hygiene automatically with the touch of a button.
Seventeen specialities are offered – from an aromatic espresso to the trendy cortado. It also has the ability to prepare long, mild specialties such as caffe Barista and lungo Barista to professional barista standards. Those who prefer a more intense flavor can pep up their cappuccino, flare white or latte macchiato using the Extra Shot function. This machine is incredibly simple to use while delivering delicious coffee results in a sleek, modern design.
