Epicurean Pizza Peels won't warp or crack like traditional wood pizza peels. Made of the same material as Epicurean cutting boards, they are perfect for building pizzas, moving them in and out of the oven, even slicing and serving. This 23" x 14" peel will fit a 14" pizza, and has a beveled edge to allow it to slip easily off the peel onto a stone or steel.
All cutting boards from Epicurean are made in the USA from natural wood fiber composite laminate. Available in a variety of shapes, sizes and colors, they offer a unique surface that is dishwasher safe and will not dull knives.
